If they aren’t very experienced or seasoned entertainers they say “oh well, that’s too bad” and hope you won’t tell anyone. You want to be guaranteed the entertainment will be professional!

We provide our money-back guarantee because we are confident you will be pleased with our services, and that you’ll be part of the Mobile Magic Entertainment family for a long time. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service within the money back guarantee period, simply notify us in writing according to the guarantee terms and conditions and we will either provide you with a Mobile Magic Entertainment credit for a future performance or give you your money back. It’s your choice!

We pride ourselves on providing professional entertainment and on doing things right. That doesn’t mean we’re perfect, but if we make mistakes we want to fix them and make them right!

14 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If after having Damien Carriere of Mobile Magic Entertainment perform for your event, you’re not happy with the performance and you feel Damien Carriere did not provide you with adequate entertainment according to your communications and contract then Mobile Magic Entertainment will, upon the customer's written request received no later than 14 days after the performance date and subject to the restrictions described below, provide either a credit or refund less applicable taxes, associated expenses and travel costs of the entertainment charges paid by the customer for a Mobile Magic Entertainment performance by Damien Carriere.

Conditions and Restrictions:

• The written request must be received by mail to: Damien Carriere 10095 Shamrock Drive, Chilliwack, B.C. V2P 5L3 no later than 14 days after the performance date
• Mobile Magic Entertainment and Damien Carriere are not responsible for mail delays
• The written request must explain in detail how Mobile Magic Entertainment and Damien Carriere failed to provide professional entertainment for your event
• The written request must be accompanied by a copy of the contract for the performance of which the request is for.
• Any refund provided will be less applicable taxes, associated expenses and travel costs incured in order to provide the entertainment.
• Refund requests can not be based on unreasonable expectations or on elements outside of Damien Carriere's control including but not limited to (wanting a performance to meet the needs of a larger group than discussed or booked, expecting a larger production than booked, wanting a performance larger than the venue can realistically accommodate, not being satisfied with the number of attendees at a performance, comparing a performance to another entertainer or celebrity such as David Copperfield or Chris Angel etc.)
•  This guarantee is limited to Damien Carriere only and not all entertainers booked through Mobile Magic Entertainment unless specifically confirmed before the time of booking
• The final decision to refund money paid remains completley up to the sole descretion of Damien Carriere and is not a legal obligation.
